1. Usage
(a) Priority will be
given to the Schools during school hours.
(Schools hours are
:- Mon - Fri : 7.30am to 6.00pm, Sat 7.30am - 12.00pm)
(b) Priority will be
given to LPPC members & programmes during School Holidays and
Sundays.
(c) Priority will be
given to Church Weddings of members of LPPC and Christian
Staff of the Schools.
2.
BOOKINGS
(a) With effect from 1
January 2004, Bookings must be within the following time
block:
During School Hours
Mondays to Fridays:
9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays: 9.00am -
12noon
Outside School Hours
Tuesdays
to Fridays: 7.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturdays:
1.00pm - 10pm
Sundays:
8.00am - 5.30pm
(b) We
are not able to
accept Bookings on Mondays after
5pm and Public Holidays.
(c) Bookings will be on
first come first serve basis.
(d) Two weeks in
advance.
(e) Fill in the
application form completely.
(f) Counter check with
the church office to verify booking.
(g) Inform the church
office of any intended cancellations.
(h) The Church Office
reserves the right to cancel, re-assign location or change any
bookings.
3.
FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT
(a) No shifting of
furniture from room to room without approval.
(b) Any shifting of
furniture within the room to suit the usage must be
re-arranged back to original position.
(c) Use of church’s
sound system is restricted to authorised personnel only.
(d) To use only
equipment available in LPPC’s inventory. Any special
equipment brought in for use must have clearance from the
Church Office.
4.
PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR & DECORUM
(a) Users must be
decently attired at all times.
(b) No food/drinks are
allowed in the Sanctuary.
(c) No sticking of
posters, hanging of banners, etc without the approval of the
Church Office.
(d) Adhesives like
double-sided tapes and those that can cause damage to the
paint works must not be used on the walls. Blue-Tac and
Scotch Tape may be used.
(e) No sale of
merchandise without prior approval from the Church Office.
(f) Switch off all
lights, fans, aircons before leaving.
(g) Ensure that the
premises used are properly tidied and waste materials removed
to the bin centre prior to the expiry of the time booked for
use.
(h) Any damage to or
loss of LPPC property or equipment must be reported to the
Church Office immediately.
(i) User to make good or
pay for any damages or repair costs.
Living Praise
Presbyterian Church will not be responsible for any loss or
damage to the user’s property and any injury or death
sustained while using its premises and facilities. In the
event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these
rules and regulations or from any circumstances not covered by
the foregoing rules and regulations, the decision of the
Church Office is final. |
